What originally began as a passion project following an inspiring trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, MAYA is the latest endeavour from Brisbane hospitality firm The Coats Group.

Fuelled by a new love of artisanal tequila and an appreciation of the rich diversity of regional Mexican cuisine, we set out to reimagine what a Mexican restaurant could be whilst championing Queensland produce.
